Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to ensure your device is tracked and insured during transit.
Pack and Ship
Reset your device to factory settings, pack it securely in its original packaging including all accessories, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
